About North Judson

Nestled in Starke County, Indiana, the Town of North Judson is a small, tight-knit community with a population of about 1,857 as of 2020. Originally platted as Brantwood in 1859, the town was renamed North Judson in 1860 and officially incorporated in 1888.

Despite its modest size, North Judson radiates community spirit, hosting beloved local traditions like the annual Mint Festival each Father’s Day weekend. It’s a place where history and heart meet - welcoming visitors with small-town charm and big stories waiting to be told.
